Running Safely
SAFETY REMINDER  All through Autumn, Winter and Spring would all runners turning up to do a session please wear some sort of reflective gear. It is getting dark now for the session/club nights especially on Thursdays so reflective gear is a must if you want to do the session, this is for safety and insurance purposes,  can we also ask that we try and have no more than six in each session group....
